• Vehicles must be reserved in advance. Full payment, including any deposits and additional charges, is to be made at the rental desk upon vehicle collection.

2. Mileage Calculation
• Mileage will be calculated based on the vehicle's odometer reading.


3. Insurance Coverage
• All vehicles are fully insured for your peace of mind.


4. Breakdown Support
• In case of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be provided island-wide within 24 hours.


5. Professional Drivers
• All drivers are responsible, well-mannered, and English-speaking professionals.

 

6. Chauffeur Accommodation at Hotels
• Most 4- and 5-star hotels in Sri Lanka provide complimentary chauffeur accommodation upon request by the guest.


7. Quotation Validity
• All quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.


8. Booking Confirmation
• Bookings and quotations are confirmed only upon full payment.

 
9. Rate Adjustments
• Rates are subject to change based on market demand and fuel price revisions.


10. Cancellation Policy
